A data collection system must be implemented with which to perform the analysis of the health status of the process with the aim of significantly reducing the percentage of waste, defects or errors of any kind starting from the most critical elements of the system.
Once again, it is about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the system in terms of waste, defects and errors.
The objective is to improve the production process by measuring the various defects over time and by an appropriate analysis of the data collected, identifying the most appropriate action for the production system, thus obtaining a general reduction in waste, thus reducing unit costs and increasing productivity.
