The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be written and easily accessible to the personnel in charge of operating activities and in order to disseminate extremely detailed operating instructions a certain number of tests must be carried out which generate data which in turn are processed with the aim of choosing the best setting of operating parameters (temperature, quantity of raw material, treatment time, type of equipment, etc.).
The set of all the activities necessary to write the SOP is development.
